Duncano's Terms & Conditions

Reservations

To make a reservation, we require a completed booking form on ResDiary with your full contact details. For Event Bookings, they will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received. Please note, we operate on a first-come, first- served basis, and we recommend booking in advance, especially during peak times. If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

All Day Menu: Wed - Sat
Express Lunch: Wed - Frid
Afternoon Tea: Wed - Sat
Sunday Roast is the only menu on a Sunday

Deposits

A £10pp deposit is taken online for:• Paul Black
• Afternoon Tea
• Sunday Roast
• Christmas period (19th Nov - 28th Dec)This will be deducted from your final bill and is non-refundable. All other bookings can be made without a deposit preferably online but if you have any queries please contact us by email or phone.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking where a deposit has been paid: No refund will be issued.

Paul Black Dates & Festive Period

We offer special booking times during Paul Black Saturdays and the Festive Period.
Our Festive Set Menu is available by pre-order only, and we require all pre-orders to be submitted 7 days in advance.
Please note, these periods are popular and we advise booking early to avoid disappointment.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available to purchase in the restaurant in any denomination and can be used for Food and Drink at our venue. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable once purchased. If lost or stolen, we are unable to replace the card, so please treat them like cash. Only one Gift card may be used per booking.

Parking

We offer free parking spaces for our guests in the Westhill Shopping Centre Car Park (not Aldi). Each guest must enter their license plate number at the console located at the entrance of the restaurant. This provides you with 24 hours free parking. If you fail to do so and are parked for over 3 hours, you will be fined by the Parking company. We are not responsible for any fines that are issued, loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or property left in the parking area.
We do not have the ability to have any fines cancelled.
